Methods The stable MHD patients who underwent regular hemodialysis in the Hemodialysis Center of Beijing Taikang Yanyuan Rehabilitation Hospital were enrolled in this study. Every subject inhaled hydrogen and oxygen gases (3L/min, hydrogen: oxygen=2: 1) for 120 min during hemodialysis session for one month, and the subjects were observed and followed up for 6 months. Results A total of 37 patients were enrolled in this study, and 32 patients (25 males and 7 females) completed the trial. Their mean age was 64.4 ± 12.2 years, and mean dialysis age was 60.1 ± 49.5 months. In the first month after the start of treatment, serum albumin increased significantly compared to the baseline value (t=2.362, P=0.025). Serum albumin increased further in the second month (t=6.813, P<0.001). Platelet/albumin (PAR) began to decline in the first month after treatment (t=0.252, P=0.802), and decreased further in the second month (t=2.906, P=0.007). Conclusion Inhalation of hydrogen and oxygen may improve nutrition and microinflammation status in MHD patients. 目的分析吸入氫氣和氧氣對(duì)維持性血液透析(MHD)患者營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況及微炎癥狀態(tài)的影響。  方法 選取在北京泰康燕園康復(fù)醫(yī)院血液透析中心接受規(guī)律血液透析的病情穩(wěn)定的維持性血液透析患者。所有受試者在血液透析期間吸入氫氧混合氣體(3 L/min,氫氣:氧氣=2:1),每次120 min,持續(xù)1個(gè)月,并對(duì)受試者進(jìn)行6個(gè)月的觀察隨訪。結(jié)果本研究共納入37例患者,其中32例完成試驗(yàn)(男25例,女7例);平均年齡(64.4±12.2)歲,平均透析齡(60.1±49.5)個(gè)月。治療開始后第1個(gè)月,血清白蛋白較基線值顯著升高(t=2.362,P=0.025);第2個(gè)月血清白蛋白進(jìn)一步升高(t=6.813,P<0.001)。血小板/白蛋白比值(PAR)在治療后第1個(gè)月開始下降(t=0.252,P=0.802),第2個(gè)月進(jìn)一步降低(t=2.906,P=0.007)。 結(jié)論 吸入氫氧混合氣可改善維持性血液透析患者的營(yíng)養(yǎng)狀況及微炎癥狀態(tài)。 臨床研究注冊(cè)信息:【ChiCTR2300077845】氫氧吸入對(duì)維持性血液透析患者微炎癥狀態(tài)、營(yíng)養(yǎng)和生活質(zhì)量的影響
