5. Party B shall respond within 4 hours after receiving a service call requesting equipment failure from Party A, and shall, as required by Party A, go to Party A's site to troubleshoot equipment failure within 24 hours. Party B shall respond within 4 hours outside the Yangtze River Delta, and according to Party A's requirements, Party B shall come to Party A's site within 48 hours to troubleshoot the equipment.
