工作原理
臥式密閉砂磨機是一種采用濕法研磨分散、筒體水平安裝、連續(xù)密閉生產(chǎn)的高效化工設(shè)備；husky型氣動雙隔膜泵（或齒輪泵）將經(jīng)過預(yù)分散、潤濕處理的固液相混合物料輸入筒體內(nèi)，物料和筒體內(nèi)的研磨介質(zhì)一起被高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的分散器組所攪動，使物料中的固體顆粒和研磨介質(zhì)間產(chǎn)生強烈的碰撞、剪切，在短時間內(nèi)達(dá)到物料顆粒的磨細(xì)和分散聚集體的目的。研磨分散物料效果、效率**，是生產(chǎn)**油漆、油墨、染料等產(chǎn)品的重要設(shè)備。
