INCOFLUXR 9 埋弧焊劑
INCOFLUX 9 埋弧焊劑設(shè)計與INCONEL 625（AWS ERNiCrMo-3）和INCO-WELD C-276（ERNiCrMo-4）焊絲匹配使用，這些焊絲是鎳-鉻-鉬耐蝕合金。這種焊劑的典型應(yīng)用是INCONEL 625／C-276合金自身之間或與其它鐵素體金屬材料之間（需要相應(yīng)的填充金屬材料）的開坡口焊接。INCOFLUX 9 埋弧焊劑也可以與INCONEL 625焊絲匹配用于INCOLOY 825合金自身或與其它鐵素體金屬材料之間的焊接，同時還可以用于多種含鉬耐蝕合金例如904L、316、317及雙相不銹鋼的焊接。另外一種主要應(yīng)用是在碳鋼表面堆焊一層耐蝕耐氧化的防護(hù)層，及碳鋼的開坡口焊接。
儲藏和干燥條件 交付后，在干燥的儲藏環(huán)境中，焊劑密封在未開啟的容器中可以保存5年。如果焊劑暴露于潮濕環(huán)境中，可以在300oF保溫烘干2小時或500oF保溫烘干1小時后使用。
The INCOFLUX 9 submerged arc welding agent was designed with the use of INCONEL 625 (AWS ernicrmo-3) and inc-weld c-276 (ernicrmo-4) welding wire, which is a nickel-chrome-molybdenum corrosion-resistant alloy. The typical application of this flux is the weld of an open groove between INCONEL 625 / c-276 alloy itself or with other ferrite metal materials (which need corresponding filler metal materials). INCOFLUX 9 can also be matching with INCONEL 625 wire submerged arc welding agent used for INCOLOY 825 alloy itself or welding between metal materials and other ferrite, at the same time can also be used for a variety of molybdenum corrosion resistant alloy such as 904 l, 316, 317 and duplex stainless steel welding. The other main application is to surfacing a layer of corrosion resistant and oxidation resistant layer on carbon steel surface, and weld the open groove of carbon steel.
