INCONEL? 82 焊絲AWS A5.14，ERNiCr-3隨貨質(zhì)保書 INCONEL 82 焊絲用于熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊、鎢極惰性氣體保護(hù)焊和埋弧焊等方法焊接INCONEL 600\601\690合金，INCOLOY 800\800HT\330合金，還可用于鋼材的表面堆焊。用NI-ROD 99焊絲進(jìn)行埋弧焊時(shí)應(yīng)使用INCOFLUX 4埋弧焊劑。當(dāng)用INCOFLUX 6埋弧焊劑進(jìn)行埋弧焊時(shí)，焊道層數(shù)最多為三層。 用INCONEL82 焊絲形成的焊縫金屬具有較高的強(qiáng)度和較好的耐蝕性，在高溫下具有較好的抗氧化能力和較高的蠕變破裂強(qiáng)度。
另外，INCONEL82 焊絲還具有廣泛的應(yīng)用范圍,可以用于異種材料的焊接，如INCONEL系列合金、INCOLOY系列合金的焊接，或INCOLOY 330合金與鎳、MONEL系列合金和不銹鋼以及碳鋼的焊接，它也可用于焊接不銹鋼與鎳基合金或碳鋼。

The weld metal formed with INCONEL82 electrode has a high strength and good corrosion resistance, and has good antioxidant capacity and high creep rupture strength at high temperature. In addition, INCONEL82 wire has wide application range, can be used for welding of dissimilar materials, such as INCONEL alloy series, series of INCOLOY alloy welding, or INCOLOY 330 alloy with nickel, MONEL alloy and stainless steel and carbon steel welding, it also can be used for welding stainless steel and nickel base alloy or carbon steel.
